I can confidently say that the home buying process was much less stressful than I expected because of Beau and Danica. The communication from everyone at Transparent start to finish was excellent. Once we found our house, Beau, Danica, JJ and Heather went all hands on deck to make sure we were ready to close within the short amount of time the sellers requested. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process, even calling me when he was on vacation with his family in Hawaii to help with a last minute hiccup and being accessible basically 24/7 to ensure we got whatever documents we needed when making multiple offers within a very short amount of time (Hello Orange County housing market). Beau was awesome with finding a way to work around our student loan debt and it’s obvious that he not only has a wealth of knowledge, but that he is genuine and enthusiastic about his work.
